Our president, T. Armstrong Dobson, is the head corporate coach and instructional designer of the organization. PCS stems from many years of corporate experience with fortune 500 companies and extraordinary professionals. Our president's background experience in Human Resources, Sales & marketing, training, management, and engineering creates a strong knowledge foundation for several industries. In addition, T. Armstrong's corporate coaching degree, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and learning from a Masters of Organizational Management Program assist in the logic, systems thinking, and productive design of our services.

Together, T. Armstrong and PCS utilize roles in the community along with our quality services to foster partnerships that create powerful performance.
